Product
  • No CANCELLATIONS once item is sold.
  • The quality of our products is checked to ensure that they are in good conditions before shipping out.
  • The colour of the items displayed on the screen may differ from the actual items as it depends on your monitor display.


Delivery
  • We will not be responsible for lost normal mails as there is no tracking number for normal mailing.
  • If you would like to track your parcel status, please opt for Registered postage; a Registered reference number will be sent to you via email; you can track your parcel at http://www.singpost.com/ra.


Exchanges and Refunds

1. Products that are not eligible for return if
  • Product is not purchased from The Mode.
  • It is not in the original condition, including the original tag, accessories and all other items originally included with the product.
  • It was washed or used.
  • Selection of the wrong color or size by customer's fault.

2. Each item is checked before we mail it out; however exception is given if item is defective when received.
  • Please email a photo to us within 3 days upon receipt of defective item(s).
  • Defective item(s) include those with manufacturing defects and are subject to the approval and evaluation from us.
  • Buyers must bear full responsibility of mailing cost, and having the items mail back to us intact and in original packaging.
3. Discounted items are strictly non-exchangeable or refund.

4. Unless item is out of stock, order cannot be cancelled once payment made.

5. The amount will be refunded by the same payment method that was used to make payment.
